Telenova Terms
Welcome to Telenova, a self-custodial web3 wallet for the Polkadot ecosystem ("Service"), operated by Novasama Technologies PTE LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). Telenova is designed to facilitate transfers, viewing balances, cloud-backups, and push notifications within the Telegram app environment. By accessing or using Telenova, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
Acceptance of Terms
By using Telenova, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use this Service.
Service Description
Telenova allows users to manage their assets within the Polkadot ecosystem securely. Features include transaction execution, balance inquiries, secure cloud-backup of private keys, and receiving notifications for transactions.
User accounts and Data Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Telenova does not store sensitive data, such as private keys, which remain exclusively accessible to the user. During onboarding, the user's key is securely backed up to their personal cloud storage in Telegram. For push notifications, Telenova stores a mapping between your Telegram ID and your blockchain address to send relevant notifications about your transactions.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, except for the content provided by users, are owned by us or our licensors. No use of Telenova's trademarks, branding, or logos is allowed without prior written permission.

Telenova integrates third-party services, such as token purchasing, which are subject to the third parties' terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Usage of these services is at your own risk and discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Telenova is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Novasama Technologies PTE LTD, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Service, and continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
